Dialing Back Trump's Election By Race, Gender, and Educational Background
Donald Trump's election on November 8, 2016, baffled and dumbfounded political pollsters. Many political pundits and average citizens were left scratching their heads in amazement, wondering how Trump registered a historic victory despite scientific polling data that showed him losing the election in a landslide. For those like me, left wondering what happened in this election, and more particularly, how racial, gender, and educational fault lines manifested themselves between Republicans and Democrats, the Pew Research Center has pulled together interesting data.
